If your account is delinquent and you schedule a payment online that is past the due date it will not keep you from being disconnected. Please contact our office for payment arrangements.

If you have been disconnected for non-payment and you pay online you must contact our office to have your water restored.

There is a processing fee of $2.00 to pay on the portal and a 3% fee to process all debit and credit cards. The City of Grants does not retain any portion of these fees.
